Senior Administrative Assistant – Client Insurance

Woburn, MA

Primary responsibilities:

  • Support our leasing and property management teams by ensuring client compliance with lease insurance requirements.
  • Review insurance documentation.
  • Perform internal database entry and maintenance.
  • Produce reports.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing email requests.
  • Respond to inquiries from leasing directors, account managers, and third-party insurance professionals.
  • Complete other administrative projects as assigned.

The preferred candidate will possess:

  • Clerical experience with insurance policies and procedures, with general understanding of commercial general liability coverages.
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.
  • Polished presence.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior management.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple assignments in a busy office environment and with an aptitude for time management.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and work with minimal supervision.
  • Good experience with office equipment, including computers, software, and scanners/copiers.
